Permitted Use of Platform

Who May Join

• Only users who are formally registered with spintavernuk.com and pre-registered for a Challenge as per the criteria may qualify to enter or win.

Violations & Penalties

If a confirmed violation of our Engagement Terms arises during inspection, or if your access appears to jeopardize spintavernuk, its members, or operational integrity, the following actions may be executed at our discretion:

1. Isolate alleged scheme participants or breaches from routine contests;
2. Indefinitely revoke your access to the Platform;
3. Retrieve current balance from your account;
4. Pursue restitution via civil or regulatory avenues, or initiate appropriate legal actions;
5. In severe transgressions, restrict future entry and block registration permanently.

Any disciplinary decision made by spintavernuk’s administrative team regarding infractions is final and binding. These measures do not affect other rights or legal recourses under relevant statutes.

Legal Framework, Arbitration, and Governing Rules

This User Agreement Statement is subject to Indian law. All conflicts will be resolved under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Contest Varieties

• spintavernuk runs two principal types of Contests: (1) Public Entry Challenges accessible to all users and (2) Invite-Only Contests restricted to selected invitees. The outlined rules pertain to both formats.
• Public Entry Challenges
  • In Public Entry Challenges, spintavernuk may conduct events with varied participant numbers—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or as specified.
  • These may involve entry charges, with winners declared post-event.
  • Each match will specify the required participant minimum for commencement. Once satisfied, the Challenge proceeds. If unmet before kickoff, the Challenge is canceled and all fees are reimbursed.
  • Some Challenges identified as “Locked Contests” proceed once the required winner count is reached, even if not all spots are filled. Users may join until either the match starts or the quota is met. If not fulfilled in time, full refunds are issued without deductions.

Invite-Only Matches

• In Private Contests, users can create tailored events, invite participants, and set team sizes to 2, 3, 5, or 10. The creator pays the fees, names the match, and receives a unique League Code. Once created, only the name can be modified. The organizer must provide Facebook or email details for invitees to receive invitations from spintavernuk.
• To join a Private Match, the invited user must input the Match Code and pay the fee. Once capacity is reached, no more entries are allowed. If the match remains incomplete an hour before start time, players can try converting it into a Public one. spintavernuk offers no guarantee this switch will succeed or attract participants. If still incomplete, full refunds apply.
• Only the fixed number of invited users may participate. spintavernuk is not liable for technical errors or disqualifications preventing entry.

Liability & Compensation

By utilizing our Services or entering Challenges, you agree to defend, reimburse, and protect us against any liabilities or expenses (including legal fees and indirect outcomes) arising from:

1. Ownership disputes linked to shared user content;
2. Harmful, unauthorized, or illicit actions by others, including misleading or inappropriate submissions;
3. Misuse, exploitation, or unauthorized use of your account;
4. System outages, platform failures, lag, corrupted files, viruses, or technical issues during gameplay;
5. Unauthorized access of your account, even if permission was granted by you.

Legal Meaning & Jurisdiction Exclusivity

These Rules and Privacy Provisions shall be interpreted under Indian law. Any legal issue shall be exclusively handled by the courts situated in New Delhi.

Reversal & Cancellation Guidelines

All payments, deposits, and entries submitted on spintavernuk.com for Fantasy Cricket are final. Refunds are only provided in instances of transaction-related faults. We care about your satisfaction but will only consider claims arising from technical issues.

Should errors or inconsistencies arise due to such data in winner determination, spintavernuk.com will seek to resolve the matter before awarding prizes. However, spintavernuk.com depends on these external data feeds and holds no liability for score inaccuracies due to provider faults. Users agree not to file complaints or legal claims against spintavernuk regarding such issues.

Final Roster Notice: The published list of players in final teams is offered to help users assemble their lineups on spintavernuk. This information is collected from feeds and open public sources. Participants are strongly urged to verify player availability using official channels. spintavernuk is not liable if a declared “Playing” athlete ends up not participating for any reason.

Free Reward: This bonus is first credited to your Bonus account and then shifts to your Main Account gradually as you join play rooms and pay contest charges. The conversion rate is 4% of the Entry Fee per finished Fantasy Cricket match, regardless of game result.
